Step 5: Cleaning and Sanitizing

After the water is removed and the moisture is brought back to normal, acceptable amounts the next step in the process is CLEANING and SANITIZING.

At this point in the process the water and moisture is gone, but the damage is there. All of the property is waiting to be addressed. The structure of the building, the walls, the flooring and the internal structural parts need to be cleaned. Everything not stapled down, like furniture, upholstery, clothing and other items will need professional cleaning as well. Added to the professional cleaning is also the likely need for odor removal and deodorization.

Our team does this for you.
